The Veterans Advocacy and Benefits Association (VABA) is a client of ZBS Services. As a B2C Telemarketing Representative, you will be working to acquire new members for their association. A script will be provided with initial and ongoing training.

This is a business to consumer (B2C) sales position. Sound like the job for you?
Get to Know Our Expectations
We pay for time spent talking to potential customers. We calculate that by adding your talk time & wait time while logged in. We also pay you an additional 10% for personal time.
We DO NOT pay for pause or dead time.
Initial Training is 20 hours of phone time. You must complete the full 20 hours of phone time to be paid. ZBS Services will not pay for incomplete training.
In an effort to be fair and upfront, we have established sales performance expectations that apply to all and are non-negotiable. Anyone not meeting these expectations will have their contract terminated.
- While training, you are expected to make 1 sale in you first 5 hours.
- After the first 6 hours, you are expected to make 1 sale per hour.
- Outside of training, you are required to average 1 sale per hour worked. This number is evaluated at on a weekly basis. i.e. If you worked 20 hours, you must have 20 sales.
