B2B Telemarketing Representative Full-Time

Typical schedule for new hires is 25-40 hours/week between the hours of 9 AM EST and 8 PM EST. Can you complete 25-40 hours of work every week?

ZBS Services is contracted by The Veterans Advocacy and Benefits Association. The VABA is a resource site for Veterans. They provide Veterans with information on products and services that are available to them, including businesses in the community that would be willing to work with them.

You would be contacting businesses throughout the United States and offering them the opportunity to become VABA Business Members and get listed in our directory. Get to Know Our Expectations

We pay 35% of every sale that you make. We also have a training program set in place in which we guarantee at least $10/HR for the first 40 hours, providing that you finish all 40 of those hours.

Pay hours are calculated by our dialer and are as follow. Time spent talking or available speak to potential customers. We calculate that by adding your talk time & wait time while logged in. We also pay you an additional 10% for personal time.

We DO NOT pay for pause or dead time.

Initial Training is 40 hours of phone time. You must complete the full 40 hours of phone time to be paid. ZBS Services will not pay for incomplete training.

Sales Expectations

In an effort to be fair and upfront, we have established sales performance expectations that apply to all and are non-negotiable. Anyone not meeting these expectations will have their contract terminated.

• You must work a minimum of 3-4 hours daily Monday thru Friday.
• While training, you are expected to make 1 sale in your first 20 hours.
• After that you will need to make average a minimum of 1 sale every 4 hours worked.
